Again!
Wow. So much to let you know about these days...I have been busier than I have ever been in my career, thank God! During my last update, I was actually in the middle of the casting process for a HUGE European makeup campaign...there were five callbacks and I finally got the gig! It was refreshing that at least they wanted to see me completely without makeup- a welcome change from the heavy lingerie modeling makeup I've been forced to wear lately. I guess you've gotta give the client what they want, right? But it's really great that I'll be modeling in Europe and be on TV over there through the year, starting around May. Oh yeah...this is a music site! :) On to the music...working hard on the new album. Wrote a great new song for it with Matthew which I'm really excited about-possibly for his next one as well. Writing your own songs is really a rush-kind of addictive. I plan on doing it a lot. Also just to let you Aussies know ...I just got a distribution deal for Australia for my debut CD. Long time coming but it'll be interesting playing both country and rock at the same time. I love Australians and really look forward to spending time over there promoting my CD. I want to thank all of you for your kind letters and unwavering support!!! It's nice to know that you're so behind me. I won't let you down and can't wait for you to hear my new stuff. I'm really excited that I got the weekend off so I'm gonna go and enjoy it with my family... Thanks again and God Bless! YvetteXO |
